After 4 months of delivery i am experiencing excessive hair fall, never like before. Is it normal. If yes how can i control it?

A. hi yes,it is normal. it happens because of hormonal changes . so please take healthy and well balanced diet. keep your body well hydrated. avoid drinkingRO water. take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day apply coconut oil daily on your hair. wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakai powder. or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water. it will definitely help. stay stress free.
