After 4 months of cs delivery, I feel very tired and dizziness. what should i do?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. check bp n sugar. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionyou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

You should take necessary supplements like iron calcium multivitamin at least for six months to 1 year after your delivery this is going to be very important so you can take Dad along with that also I would recommend you that you can go ahead way to asking your doctor you can do any basic exercise as of now
