after 3 months of normal delievery ili quite often feel dizzy and my back bone pains alot

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician2 months agoA. Usually, we often blame this back pain as one of the side-effect of Delhivery and C-section, but let me tell you. It is exclusively because of bad posture and lack of exercise. Start doing daily walk for at least one hour and do the core strengthening exercises

If you have had a epidural then the pain would be there in the back otherwise there is no scene of having back pain after normal delivery if you’re feeling dizzy and all then you should have plenty of water which maybe dehydrated or having low BP check with the doctor as well
