after 20 day of my c-section can I use plex apple cider vinegar weight lose tablet??

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 month agoA. mam you can drink apple cider vinegar instead of taking the tablets. also do not do any kind of crash dieting to loose weight. try to eat healthy food items and avoid oily and maida food items.
