Actually they are twins baby with premature delivery at 7.35 months my question is how many weeks are required to gain at least 2 kg weight for each baby ( currently it's 1.486)

About 1 1/2 month in general scenario because we expect the child to gain about 4 to 500 g in a month with whatever feeling they are having an in a premature baby and specially when the twins Dr do advise you to take formula feeding for them so this is like approximately I can say about 1 1/2 month end in certain cases could be a minimum of two months
