Actually low blood pressure is worse than high blood pressure let me tell you very honestly so if you are facing this problem you should consult the doctor for further assistance and also try to maintain your hydration and blood sugar levels salt as well as you should make sure that you’re not taking too much of stress and tension and eating healthy and regular workout would be good for
