Q.

Actually I had done normal delivery on 10th September 2021. I had gave birth to a baby girl on that time I had some stiches , but unfortunately those stiches got break down. even though I had medication I suffer a pain like wound in my vagina during expanding, I am not feeling better during sitting.

A. First of all you’re not supposed to sit for at least six weeks after giving birth and better go and consult your doctor because if there is any infection that can be treated provided you go as early as possibleWrite Your Answer Here

A. You Can buy an inflatable tube which is available at a medical store it is specifically for women who have had a normal delivery you can pump air into it and it will become like a tube you can sit on top of that because it has a hole in the centre where your hips are going to be so it is not going to pain into your vagina when you sit on that and try to keep your legs straight don’t keep them crossed so that would be the best thing to go for I have used it myself it is the best thing and also start taking Sits bath in warm water at least twice a day using potassium permanganate that’s also going to be good for you
