mam, you are in postpartum depression.
you need to take necessary supplements of iron or calcium as per your doctor's Prescription.
take Healthy and nutritious diet.
keep your self well hydrated.
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
spend quality time with your family
Ask your partner or family member to help you in this phase , understand your mood swings and help to cope up with it.
but please don't hit your child, don't force your child
baby is too young
whenever you feel angry ,talk to your partner or family member and ask them to look after your child for short time.
try calming techniques like when you feel angry , count 10 in Reverse or stay away from a child ,stay in other room ,try to calm down your self ,drink few sips of water.
practice yoga or mediation daily
or you can cultivate hobbies like reading, listening music, drawing etc which can help to divert your attention easily.
