Accidentally my child of 1 yr 8 m old eaten multivitamins and nurokind d3 tablet yesterday showing no symptoms .. Do i need to worry and seek any medical advice for this situation ?

A. But it is only a multivitamin right and nothing else what is the problem i understand it’s a tablet and you are worried about it but at the end of the day was not a random medicine it is just a multivitamin so it’s not a problem don’t worry about it
