Chitradevi PGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Magnatuss Dx syrup is used to treat dry cough. If your child is active and doesn't show any symptoms then nothing to worry. Feed your baby well. Always be cautious while giving medicines to your child. Thank you and have a good day.
