DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2.3 years old and she has received a vaccinations and got injection abscess so try to settle down with ibugesic plus syrup and ice cube at injection site otherwise consult with surgeon

Sometimes draining occurs on its own, but generally it must be opened with the help of a warm compress or by a doctor in a procedure called incision and drainage. so it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly
