aahana is sneezing and coughing and having sound with breathing. is it normal ? does she need medications if yes so plz suggest some medicine

along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine givhjien.
steam ihnhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
