take care about diet.. hydration and sleep.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat protein rich diet

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. U See postpartum hair fall is completely normal at this age so I would just advise you to go ahead with using mamma earth onion and coconut oil that is supposed to be very very good and you can start applying at about three times in a week
