my age35 since yesterday I having head wrap, today also happened same 15 min.., feeling vomiting also please anyone tell me what is the reason why happening like that

Stay hydrated
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
