Mostly this is to do with digestion of the milk as such, make sure you are not having too hot food , and prefer easy to digest foods

A 3-month-old baby girl’s poop can look like curd or small mustard-colored lumps, especially if she is breastfed. Breastfed babies often pass soft, seedy, or curd-like stools, and it is not a problem if the baby is feeding well and active.
You should only worry if the stool has blood, very bad smell, green watery diarrhea, fever, or the baby seems uncomfortable or not feeding properly. Otherwise, this type of poop is normal for infants.
