A. Namaste Mom Meal off day sorry did you mean 9 month baby diet if that is the query then for this age you can give a soft diet as such include foods such as rice roti dal upma idli dosa chilla sago egg yolk chicken fish if preferred also dry fruits nuts and seeds seasonal fruits and vegetables
