A. hi teething causes sore and itchy gums ,so I advise to give gentle massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. or you can provide silicone teether after cleaning it well. it will help to soothe the itchy and sore gums. give soft food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
