if not due to injury then you should just take care to give more of liquids to the baby to maintain good hydration

Nose bleeding is mostly associated with heat in the body so I would advise you that whenever anything happens just keep a little bit of ice on to the nose of the child and put the head in a way that you know that the blood goes back inside what is the nose rather than falling out and please consult an ENT doctor because this is not a good sign
