ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent ur kid 8 m old ,in case of fever, if temp more than 100 degree fahrenheit you may give oral paracetamol drops along with tepid sponging with wet cloth, u may give steam inhalation along with nasoclear nasal drops to thin mucus secretions, oral ambroxol drops after examining the chest
