You can give foods like dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal
Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts like almonds to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
Continue to breastfeed.

Like you can now feed yolk of a boiled egg, chicken soup, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, dalia, upma, idli-dosa, chapati mashed in dal, etc. Feed 3 main meals and 4-6 times milk depending on food intake per serving.
