7 months old baby girl getting rashes on upper lip. please suggest any cream

Hello ma’am Apply Boroline anti septic cream on to that area because it is an anti septic cream and would be helpful for all these rashes so apply that and probably the rashes will settle down and if you still you feel that there is some issue with the same when you should be consulting your doctor ones
