Sinarist af and maxtra can be given to the child right now you can give about 10 drops three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each but at the same time I’m going to recommend you to consult consult your doctor as well as it’s really important that you do not miss treatment for your child for a doctor have a check up and proceed with what they suggest
