Q.

7 months baby girl i have stated solid food cerelac,but evening time she will cry more. I have given Gastica drops 4 ml then also she is crying.

A. Gastica drops are a paediatric medicine specially formulated for infants and toddlers. It is used for relieving flatulence (gas), abdominal pain, and infantile colic (abnormal crying or fussiness in a healthy child). It contains a combination of simethicone, dill oil and fennel oil.
