there is a possibility thatt your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not

Keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
don't use demineralized Water for drinking
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
