6 year old having swillen gums. Please advise

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello good morning !! Due to the eruption of new teeth after the milk teeth fallen or ,before erupting the adult teeth redness,swelling in gums is seen. Soothe the gums ,gargling with warm water before and after eating works .
