ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can start with one feed a day. Introduce rice or ragi porridge/ boiled and mashed carrot or sweet potato/ steamed apple. Introduce one new food at a time and continue the same for a few days to see if it suits your baby or not

Which should include any two items
soups of tomato, drumsticks, moong, daal paani
Probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi etc
Meshes of cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits
Daliya khichdi upma sheera kheer porridge etc can be given aftee seven months
