Deepika GuptaMom of a 15 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hello. if you are just starting with the top food for the baby then it would be suggested that you start with fruits like mashed banana apple puree and Chikoo one at a time. in the next stage we introduce boiled vegetables and salt can be added but in very very limited quantity. it is advisable to avoid it. when the baby is introduced with dal roti and rice then salt can be given but then also it should be in Limited quantity
