50 days baby gets rashes in bum eventhough she takes medicine (benzalkonium and zinc skin cream) but rashes increasing and skin gets reddish. help to get cure

A. hello. tgat kight be yeast infection. do try candid cream application locally. avoid use of diapers and keep bottom area clean and dry. all the best
