In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is agdvisable to consult your doctorf so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Spoon Definitely a better idea to go for so you give it with School because in the later time also you have to give the food to the child has phone so it would be better if you try introducing into the child as of now if your child accepted then it would be easier for you to give a feeder and later again
