A. No, 5 months old baby should not be given cerelac. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. You should Introduce top food after 6 months only.

A. At five months the baby should have either breastmilk or formula, not celerac. Cerelac is not needed ever for your baby. Exclusively breastfeed till six months, and then continue on to solids and continue to breastfeed as well for as long as you are comfortable.
