as a child is 4 year old instead of focusing on physical appearance it would be better to ensure that your child should remain happy and active.
so for Healthy growth of child ,first offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your child well hydrated.
make sure your child takes enough sleep.
it will help in better growth as well as to maintain healthy skin of child.
