4months old baby girl tightening her stomach for sometimes and passes urine along with gas by pushing hardly ..is it anytg to look serious here?

A. pushing hard give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area give tummy time use Babyhug indigestion easy tummy colic roll on you can give Himalaya bonnison drops
