45days baby sleeping night time 4hours wake up for feed or not ??

A. Hai good evening !! Give frequent feeds every two hours. If baby sleeping continuously more than 3 hours then gently tickle baby's ear or rub baby feet to wake and help to latch . Frequent feeds every two hours is must and should however sometimes 2-3 hours while continues sleep is ok but don't wait until 4 hours because baby get thirsty and hungry .
