Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain.
paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually subsides xin max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

Probably be due to pain so I would recommend you currently you please talk to your doctor they advise you what are you meant to do for that lump that has taken place after that you got the vaccination done and any other proper tubes that you can apply on that area
