Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Apply coconut oil on rashes leave for 15-20 minutes wipe with cotton cloth or wash with water.
Put on comfortable clothes, fully covered to avoid mosquito,ant bites.
If heat rashes then give heat beating fluids (coconut water, buttermilk, lemon, mousambi orange, juice, sabudana, cucumber, Lauki,chia seeds Water, water melon), avoid spicy, pickles, heat producing foods.
