4 months old baby got fever at morning 7 a.m.but now she is not having fever. can we gave her full bath?kindly let me know

A. okay no problem u can give bh. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
