Q.

My baby is 2.8 yrs old.. He has fever in morning 4 a. m.. I give him calpol 120...He remains active full day but now he has fever 100..I give him paracetamol once again.. He is active...What can be reasons for fever... Should I give him antibiotics..

A. hello parent your kids 2 year 8 months old the duration of action of paracetamol is 4 to 6 hours if the child is active when afebrile must be viral infection that does not require antibiotics
