A. Hi mom At four months the head circumference should be between 39-43 cm Height is 60 - 67 cm Weight is 5.6-8.6 kgs. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months as it is the complete food that contains all the essential nutrient required for the growth and development of the baby.
