4 month baby having fever of 99 deg fahr what I have to do.

A. can I continue paracetamol or to consult a pediatrician

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is having a fever upto 99 degrees then you should give her frequent breast feeding and if fever is more then paracetamol
