Is it vomiting or spit up in small quanties?
If exclusively breastfeeding - assess if you have a fast letdown of milk? Or engorgement? Assess if you are consuming any herbs or milk boosting medication.
Spit up issues resolve on it's own as baby's gut matures. Ensure your dairy intake is within 400 ml daily.
If it is projectile vomiting please see emergency care immediately
