3months old baby urine frequency at night time

sumeet sharmaFather of a 3 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. suddenly baby urine frequency has decreased..his diaper is also not heavy ..he is breastfeeding more now for 20 minutes every 2 hrs .. previously we use to feed powder milk 90ml every 3-4 hrs ,now as mother milk is available in good quantity he is exclusively breastfeeding..do we need to feed powder milk as well .. because he seems to be full and going to sleep after breastfeeding
