Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi hair growth mostly depends on genetics and diet. so please offer plenty of breastfeeds and as a nursing mother, take healthy and well blanaced diet so that your child get all essential nutrients through it . apply coconut oil daily on your child hair. wash your child's hair with mild shampoo. give sunbath atleast 20 minutes a day.
