Q.

3month old baby sleep whole night without wake up for feeding also can we leave them without feeding?

A. no you can't do without feeding , you can keep a maximum gap of 4 to 5 hours but not more than that. You can pinch on the toes of the baby or tickle on the cheeks. So that the baby wakes up and takes the feeding. Also if there is gases in the stomach baby try to stop feeding and then feel sleepy so give proper burping after each feed
