39week(4days) of pregnancy running; feeling periods like cramps(contractions) but no back pain ,no discharge, no water Breakage....Is it labour pain or false labour pain(braxton hicks contraction)..??

A. It might be false labour pains which are common in last trimester but still don’t ignore it and talk to your gynaecologist about it and if required go for a check upm

A. hello since you are on 39 weeks and nearing delivery your body is getting prepared and it would be better to check with gynecologist and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and as0 safe
