38 weeks running ,no discharge,no sign of labour pain ,only pelvic pain that comes and goes

A. but baby is already in head down position and I also feel vaginal dryness nowadays.... this is my first child after two years of infertility and pcod that' why I am little bit concerned

A. You will start to have pain in your family of the side of labour when you see that you’re close to estimated delivery date and when the child is going to engage his head position so right now it’s okay you have to wait and if you do not see happening by the time of estimated date then consult consult your doctor
