33 weeks of the pregnancy which month is this ?? my doc. says it's 9 th month????

9th month starts from 36 weeks onwards.
For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking
once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.
Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.
