Q.
33 days old girl baby.... I was feeding after two days of delivery but from last three days.... breast milk is reduced... it's very limited.... after feeding one hour also... baby is not feeling... she cries... she is able to suck the milk... I am taking shatavari powder also from last 20 days.. I didn't take the powder for two days. .. after that milk is reduced... please help me to increase breastmilk

have more milk products, breads r also good to increase breast milk.
have Fenugreek leaves curry or soak seed in water for over night and drink in morning.
if you are non-vegetarian hav kheema.
