Q.

32 weeks pregnant doctor suggested protein powder.... when to take it...morning or bedtime

A. twice a day. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. hi instead of taking commercially prepared protine powder , I would suggest to take home made one which is more safe and hygienic. so you can prepare it from nuts ,chia ,flex seeds , etc ideally as you are in 3 trimester ,you can take around 1.8 to 2 g powder as per your body weight so please take it as per your doctor's Prescription
