instead of taking commercially prepared protine powder , I would suggest to take home made one which is more safe and hygienic.
so you can prepare it from nuts ,chia ,flex seeds , etc
ideally as you are in 3 trimester ,you can take around 1.8 to 2 g powder as per your body weight
so please take it as per your doctor's Prescription
