31 weeks pregnant with b negative blood group and placenta ends 8cms away from internal os doctor suggested two times iron supplement and 1 time calcium after luch but didn't mention when to take an iron supplement? is there any complications or should I worry and when to take iron supplement??

A. please follow the doctor advice in medication. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
