Q.

I have low lying placenta 4.9 vm away from internal os at 31 weeks.is it safer for normal delivery

A. hi mom if placenta is 4.9 cm away from int on then it is not low lying placenta .. so u can have normal delivery if all other factors are favorable

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
